KRUSH will accept any return of products purchased directly from us within 14 days of delivery. Please first contact KRUSH at chase@shopkrus.co for a return authorization, then send your order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase as per their instruction.
After 14 days post-delivery, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the KRUSH.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns on orders exhibiting any and all fraudulent behavior.

Please package the items you are returning carefully in the original packaging or in another secure manner and include the invoice or order slip.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 14 days.
Notice: No one persons reaction to CBD is the same, and there is no guaranteed or standard reaction. . CBD is a very personalized supplement and may not be effective for some individuals’ specific goals. Please note that you will not necessarily feel a "high" or buzz, when using CBD (it is non-intoxicating). This cannot and will not be an acceptable reason for return.
